Installation & setup notes
The 7402-UB4 is the MDB replacement for Mars/MEI VFM validators in vending machines — the most common vending upgrade path.
The UB4 talks MDB (Multi-Drop Bus) at 24V, the standard for snack, beverage and combo vending machines. Plug the MDB harness into the vending controller and the acceptor is recognised by the VMC — no pulse settings to match, and it coexists with MDB coin mechs and card readers on the same bus.
The VFM-style faceplate matches the opening left by Mars/MEI VFM and AE-series validators, so an upgrade needs no panel modification.
