Installation & setup notes
The 7600-UB4-BHS ships programmed for Bahamian currency and is the MDB model for vending and self-service equipment in the Bahamas.
The UB4 talks MDB (Multi-Drop Bus) at 24V, the standard for snack, beverage and combo vending machines. Plug the MDB harness into the vending controller and the acceptor is recognised by the VMC — no pulse settings to match, and it coexists with MDB coin mechs and card readers on the same bus.
Uses Pyramid's standard bezel footprint; check your cabinet's cutout against the Apex 7000 mounting drawing before ordering.
This unit ships with the currency firmware already loaded, so no programming is needed on site. Currency updates for this market are available through the free PTI Acceptor Tools software when the note set changes.
